The cold snap has truly hit us in New Iberia this week and I don't know about you, but I am ready to get back to the upper 60s as our low for the day! I hope all of our families are staying warm this week and finding ways to keep the kids occupied with this cold and rainy weather. Why not try a fun Mardi Gras craft? Pass a Good Time this Carnival Season with This Shoebox Float Craft! It's easy and I'm sure most of our Macaroni KID families have the items at home they can use to make one. It's an easy way to get into the carnival spirit.
With the cold and rainy weather, I love to curl up with a good book. There are plenty of opportunities to read more with your kids this year.
